Paul Williams

Paul Williams is an experienced professional in the food services and retail sector, currently serving as the Mergers and Acquisitions Director at Compass Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held several leadership positions at Compass Group UK & Ireland, including Managing Director for the Eurest division, which focuses on food and support services in workplace settings, and Managing Director for the Elevate division, which specializes in unmanned retail solutions. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Business Director and Director of Operations in Business & Industry within Compass Group, as well as managing operations for new stores at Costa Coffee from March 2008 to August 2011. Paul holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Swansea University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
