Philippe Jardin

Philippe Jardin currently serves as the Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Lifestyle Sector at Compass Group Japan since November 2025. Previously, Philippe held the role of Country General Manager for Japan at Pierre Fabre Group, overseeing 24 million € in revenue and achieving double-digit growth in strategic product lines. Philippe's experience also includes positions as Vice President and Representative Director at Pierre Fabre Japon and Vice President at Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmétique Japon. Prior roles encompass Japan Country Manager at FAUCHON Paris, President and Representative Director at Villeroy & Boch, and various positions at LVMH and L'Oréal. Philippe holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science from ESSEC Business School.
