Ron Ehrhardt serves as Vice President of Safety - Strategic Risks and Growth at Compass Group since September 2012, overseeing the Workplace Safety program for North America and managing a team of safety professionals to implement health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Prior to this role, Ron was the Regional Vice President at Canteen, where responsibilities included managing corporate dining accounts and branch vending operations across several states and a HACCP-certified food production facility. Between September 1997 and December 2006, Ron held the position of Director of Food Services at Prudential Financial, overseeing dining services in the U.S. and Ireland. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management from Middlesex College.
