Susan Devinney Bauck

Susan DeVinney Bauck has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Susan most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Compass Health Brands since 2017. Prior to that, they held the same role at Acuative from 2013 to 2017, where they were responsible for leading and managing the HR team and implementing various HR programs. Susan also worked as a Human Resources Manager at ScottCare from 2011 to 2013, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and benefits. Before that, they owned and operated their own business, Beyond Brownies, from 2009 to 2011. Susan has previously served as the Director of Human Resources at Noteworthy Medical Systems from 2000 to 2009 and as a Human Resources Manager at EFT Source from 1997 to 1999.

Susan DeVinney Bauck, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Kent State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology/Business from Wittenberg University, from 1985 to 1989. In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
