Erin Alenciks

Erin Alenciks has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Erin started their career at Hope College where they worked as a Student Researcher in Biology, a Teaching Assistant, and a Laboratory Director's Assistant from 2013 to 2016. Erin then joined Geisinger as a Hematology/Oncology Graduate Administrative Intern in 2017. In 2018, they became an Administrative Fellow at Geisinger. From 2016 to 2018, they also worked at UK HealthCare as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Patient Experience and the Department of Neurology, as well as a Marketing Intern. Currently, they are the Director of Psychiatry Strategy and Operations at Compass Health Center, a position they have held since August 2020.

Erin Alenciks completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Hope College in 2015. Erin later went on to obtain a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Kentucky in 2018.
