Jennifer L. Smith

Jennifer L. Smith has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer L. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Compass Health Center since December 2020. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from 2011 to 2020, including Senior Vice President, Operations and Business Development, Vice President Operations, Assistant Vice President, Oncology Patient Services, and Operations Consultant. Jennifer also pursued a Global MBA with a Healthcare Concentration at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at the International Capital and Management Company as a Director and Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma from 2008 to 2011, and as a Program Manager and Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma from 2008 to 2010.
