Swapna Thomas

Swapna Thomas is an experienced HR professional with expertise in various roles including HRIS & Compensation Manager and Human Resources Partner at Compass Health Center since June 2018. Prior to this, Swapna served as Early Talent Program Coordinator at Baxter International Inc. from July 2015 to June 2018 and as Human Resources Coordinator at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America from March 2006 to June 2015. Swapna’s responsibilities include administering fitness reimbursement and massage programs, as well as calculating annual PTO allowances.
