Rituparna Datta

Rituparna Datta is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Compass Health since August 2022, Rituparna has successfully launched a new performance management system and introduced people analytics to enhance productivity in a long-established organization.
