Ricardo Farias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various companies in the hospitality and transportation industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Compass Holding, LLC since August 2022, Ricardo previously held positions as District Manager at Luke Family of Brands and TravelCenters of America, effectively overseeing operations and driving business performance. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Manager at Pilot Flying J and TravelCenters of America, as well as gaining foundational experience as an Avionics Specialist in the United States Air Force.
