Nithis Ben-Ar-Lee

Nithis BEN-AR-LEE has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Training. Starting in 2014, Nithis worked as an Assistant Human Resources & Training / CSR Manager at Novotel Phuket Resort before moving on to become a Training Manager at Phuket Panwa Beachfront Resort. In 2016, Nithis joined AccorHotels as a Learning & Development Manager, overseeing training programs for Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra & ibis Phuket City during the pre-opening phase. Nithis then joined Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Training Manager and later as an Assistant Director of Human Resources. From 2020 to 2023, Nithis worked at Accor as a Talent and Culture Manager and later as a Cluster Director of Talent and Culture. Currently, Nithis is working as a Cluster Director of Human Resources at Compass Hospitality.

Nithis BEN-AR-LEE graduated from Prince of Songkla University in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. The field of study for the degree was Bachelor of Business Administrative - Hospitality and Tourism Management (International Programme). Additionally, Nithis obtained two certifications: "Train the Trainer" from the Department of Skill Development, Thailand in 2015 and "Certified Trainer - Accor Hotels Asia Pacific (AAPC)" from AccorHotels in 2014.
