Richard Pietrzkiewiez has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Richard started their career at Ocean Marina Yacht Club as a Food & Beverage Manager and later became the Owner and Operator of F&B Boutique Hotel Chonburi. Richard then joined Compass Hospitality as the Director of Food & Beverage, where they worked for eight years. Richard also served as the Managing Director of Hotel & Home Innovation Co., Ltd. In 2013, they joined Scenical Development Co., Ltd. as the Corporate Director of Operations, and later became the Chief Operating Officer of Scenical Development. Currently, Richard is the Vice President of Food & Beverage at Compass Hospitality, responsible for maintaining compliance, generating revenue, and participating in business growth and performance strategies.
Richard Pietrzkiewiez attended the Ecole Hotelliere Mazamet in France from 1974 to 1976, where they earned a Diploma C.A.P with one distinction. Richard then went on to the School of Hotel Management Toulouse France from 1976 to 1977, where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Hospitality & Business Management. In 1997, Richard attended the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) Food and Beverage Management School for a brief period to study Food and Beverage Management.
