Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 12 to 17. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer questions and schedule assessments.
