Jerry Hughes

Jerry Hughes is the Managing Partner, Owner, and SVP of Operations at Compass IT Compliance. Jerry has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and has been with Compass for five years. Prior to joining Compass, Jerry was with Lighthouse Computer Services for five years as an IT Audit.

Jerry Hughes completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Rhode Island, earning a Bachelors in Applied Mathematics for Engineers and a Minor in Computer Science.

Derek Boczenowski - SVP of IT Audit, Jesse Roberts - SVP of Cybersecurity, and Jennifer Barrett - Director of Human Resources & Administration report to Jerry Hughes.
