Aric Chau

Aric Chau is an accomplished economist currently employed at Compass Lexecon since September 2022, holding the title of Economist. Previously, Aric served as a Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon from October 2019 to July 2021 and as a Research Analyst with a focus on competition practices including cartels, abuse of dominance, and mergers. Prior experience includes a role as a Quantitative Research Intern at State Street from July 2017 to July 2018, where Aric conducted quantitative research on innovative trading signal data. Aric earned a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Year-Long Placement from the University of Bath in 2019.
