Brandon R. is an experienced leader in mining operations with extensive expertise in managing production facilities. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at Compass Minerals since December 2020, Brandon oversees eight active production facilities, including four solution mining sites in the US and Canada, three packaging facilities, and an asset in Saskatchewan producing Sulfate of Potash. Prior to this role, Brandon held various leadership positions at Peabody Energy from November 2003 to December 2020, including General Manager of Illinois Mines and VP of Engineering and Mine Planning. Brandon's career also includes significant roles as General Manager for major mining operations in Australia and the Eastern United States, contributing to the production of coal and overseeing multipurpose teams. Brandon holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Mining Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
