Lily Zamora is a seasoned professional in sustainability and government affairs, currently serving as Senior Director at Compass Minerals since January 2021. In this role, Lily leads the development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy, focusing on achieving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, while overseeing corporate sustainability reporting and ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards.
