Alyson Sved, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alyson currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Compass Mining since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Executive Administrator for the same company from September 2021 to March 2022.

Alyson obtained their Professional MBA in Business Administration and Management, Strategy and Operations from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business in the years 2019 to 2021. During their time at the same university, they also pursued a Graduate Micro-Credential in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from 2019 to 2020.

Before pursuing their MBA, Alyson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hospitality Administration/Management at James Madison University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Alyson has also obtained several certifications. Alyson became certified in Social Marketing through Hootsuite in February 2021. Alyson obtained an IDEO Certified designation from IDEO in March 2018. Alyson also holds a SCRUM Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they acquired in March 2018.
