Ethan McLaughlin

Ethan Mclaughlin is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in technology and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technician at CompassMSP since February 2023, Ethan previously held the position of Head of Information Technology US at SIDO Labs from November 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Service Desk Associate at CompassMSP from November 2020 to November 2021 and as an Alumni Engagement Caller Supervisor at the University of North Florida from August 2018 to November 2020. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Networking from Florida State College at Jacksonville (2019-2021) and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Florida (2017-2020), along with a High School Diploma from Samuel W. Wolfson High School (2013-2017).
