Carrie Ho has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Carrie began their career in 2014 as a Front Desk Receptionist at SydneyLinks Real Estate, where they performed general office duties and provided customer service. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service and Kitchen Duty staff at Lamb & Cumin® Australia. Carrie then transitioned to a Sales Agent role at Pop Advertising in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Community Intern at Primary, where they were involved in various tasks, including event management and sales initiatives. Carrie also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Key Asset Real Estate from 2020 to 2021, where they provided customer service and administrative support. Most recently, Carrie joined Compass Offices in 2021 as a Client Services Executive. In 2021, they also had a role as a Research and Marketing Intern at Dynamic International, where they conducted market research and developed marketing plans.

Carrie Ho began their education history in 2010 at Willoughby Girls High School, where they completed their Higher School Certificate in 2015. In 2014 and 2015, Carrie attended TAFE NSW and pursued studies in Business Services. Following this, from 2016 to 2020, they attended Western Sydney University, earning a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management. In 2020, Carrie furthered their education by acquiring a Certificate in Real Estate from the Australian College of Professionals. Additionally, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Open Colleges.
