Monica Chu worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Compass Offices from July 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Manager at CinMedia Limited from August 2007 until May 2014.

Monica Chu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Curtin University, completing their studies between 2008 and 2010.
