Edwin Wai

Edwin Wai has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Edwin started their career as a Laboratory Manager at Providence Health & Services in 1988. Edwin then went on to work at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Laboratory Specialist, Regional Account Sales Manager, and Senior CNS Business Specialist. In 2006, they joined Mesa Corporate Services as a Technical Consultant/Operation Manager. Edwin later became the Manager of Laboratory, Pathology, and Pharmacy at The Vancouver Clinic. Edwin has also held positions at Salem Health and Regional Laboratories as a Manager of Clinical Support Services and Business Development, and at Health District 304 as the Director of Laboratory, Pulmonary, and Sleep Services. Edwin then became the Manager of Regional Core Laboratory Operations at Providence Health & Services before transitioning to their role as CEO and President of Pteron Consulting, LLC. Most recently, they have been the Director of Diagnostic Laboratory Services at Compass Oncology, where they have been involved in restructuring services and enhancing partnerships.

Edwin Wai attended the University of Washington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology with a focus on Laboratory Medicine. Edwin later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
