Compass Oncology
Kati Dunham is a Breast Surgical Oncologist at Compass Oncology since August 2016, specializing in diseases of the breast. Prior to this role, Kati served as a Breast Oncology Surgical Fellow and a Surgical Resident at Baylor Scott & White Health from June 2010 to June 2016, completing a comprehensive five-year residency in general surgery. Kati's early career began as a Medical Assistant at Swedish Medical Center between November 2003 and September 2005, focusing on clinical tasks in a specialty cardiology clinic. Additionally, Kati worked as a Research Intern at the Marine Biological Laboratory in early 2003, contributing to studies on memory formation and mating behavior in aquatic species. Kati holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (2005-2010) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neuroscience from Washington State University (1999-2002).
