Jim Duffey has a strong background in analytics and business intelligence. Jim recently served as the VP of Analytics at Compass One Healthcare, where they built and managed a Business Insights team and developed a strategic roadmap for leveraging enterprise data. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of Business Analysis at Momentum Financial Services Group, where they led the Product Analytics function and developed interactive budgets and forecasts. Jim also has experience at Comcast as a Senior Manager of Reporting and Analysis, where they defined KPIs and developed financial models. Earlier in their career, Jim was the Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Aramark Healthcare and Aramark Business Services, leading their Business Intelligence department and implementing fact-based measurement tools.
Jim Duffey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Temple University. Jim also obtained a certification in HR Management and Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Jim earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in "HR Management and Analytics: Unlock the Value of Human Capital" from Emeritus in March 2023.
