Katie Church

Katie Church has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Katie started their career in 2008 as a Store Manager at Sunglass Hut, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Aeroflow Healthcare and held various roles within the company. Katie started as an Inside Sales Representative in the Mobility Division and then became an Inside Sales Trainer in the same division. In 2012, they transitioned to the Sleep Division as a Team Leader and later became the Director of Quality Control. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Chief Culture Officer, focusing on improving the organizational culture. In 2018, they took on the role of Business Operations Analyst and in 2019, they became a Project Manager. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Director of Product Delivery, a position they currently hold at Aeroflow Healthcare.

Katie Church completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of North Carolina Asheville, from 2004 to 2008. Katie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management at King University, from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Katie has obtained several certifications. These include Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in February 2023, Engagement Champion from Gallup in July 2017, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth in January 2017, and being a Partners in Leadership "Others" track Facilitator from Partners In Leadership in November 2016.
