Sarah Staitman

Sarah Staitman currently serves as an Associate of DELTA Operations at COMPASS Pathways, a position held since April 2021, focusing on Digital and Technology Operations. Prior experience includes roles such as Team Coordinator and Lead Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara’s Department of Communications, where responsibilities encompassed team management, candidate recruitment, and data analysis. Additional experience includes an internship at the Wellness & Fitness Institute within the Exercise and Sport Science Department, where data analysis was utilized to create custom health plans, and positions as a Lead Teaching Assistant and Production Associate. Early career roles include customer service management at Ruth's Chris Steak House. Sarah Staitman holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by study abroad experience in Italian Language and Psychology.
