Arif Basha

Arif Basha currently serves as Vice President of Information Security at Collectors and as Director of Information Security at Maximus, both since 2022 and 2020, respectively. Basha has a longstanding commitment to the nonprofit sector through a leadership role at Compass DC, offering pro bono strategic consulting. Previous positions include Managing Principal and CISO at IAS Consulting, Head of Incident Response & Threat Assessment at Neustar, Inc., and Information Security Manager at Children's National Health System. Basha has experience in cybersecurity advisory, risk management, and incident response, with a strong technical background from roles at American Psychological Association and IHS Jane's. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University and an MS in Information Security & Assurance from George Mason University, along with ongoing studies in Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan.
