Melissa Rodriguez Lapica

Melissa Rodriguez Lapica has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Melissa began their career in 1998 as an Advanced Engineer at ExxonMobil, where they worked until 2003. Melissa then joined Dell Corporation in 2004 as an MBA Summer Intern, focusing on Latin America Marketing & Sales. Following their internship, Melissa joined American Express in 2005 and held various roles, including Manager/Senior Manager of Global Corporate Services, Senior Manager of International Lending, and Director of International Product Management. Melissa worked at American Express until 2015. Most recently, Melissa became the Managing Director of Chicago at Compass Pro Bono - National in 2019.

Melissa Rodriguez Lapica completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, attending from 1994 to 1998. Melissa then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Marketing and Operations, at The Wharton School from 2003 to 2005.
