Jenna Mitchell currently serves as a Realtor at Compass Realty Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Jenna had a significant career in education, working as a Gifted/Exceptional Gifted Itinerant Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Monongalia County Schools from November 2016 to October 2023, and as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Kanawha County Board of Education in 2015-2016. Jenna also co-owned a nonprofit girls' travel basketball organization, West Virginia Team Infinity, from April 2014 to October 2023, focusing on skill development and scholarship opportunities for student-athletes. Furthermore, Jenna managed social media for Regional Sports Network from March 2017 to December 2022, covering West Virginia University football and high school sports. Jenna holds a Master of Education in Special Education from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ohio University.
