Zach Bellay

Zach Bellay is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing and implementing deep learning models, as well as traditional computer vision techniques. Currently employed at Compass Regulatory since March 2024, previous roles include software engineer positions at Rinse and OnePointOne, where significant contributions were made to automated plant analysis services and image processing pipelines. Zach also holds experience as a graduate teaching assistant at Santa Clara University and completed internships at Ford Motor Company and in computer vision. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University. Additionally, Zach played a key role in co-founding a co-ed engineering fraternity and tutoring Python.
