Lynn S. Feldman

Lynn S. Feldman, MBA, RN, CNOR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lynn S. is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Compass Surgical Partners since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as an Administrator at White Fence Surgical Suites from February 2022 to December 2023.

Before their role at White Fence Surgical Suites, Lynn worked as a Staff RN at Riverside Outpatient Surgery Center from January 2020 to February 2022. Lynn S. also held the position of Director of Surgical Services, Cardiovascular Services, and Cancer Services at OhioHealth from August 2016 to January 2020.

With an earlier experience as an Administrator of Surgical Services at Eastwind Surgical from April 2006 to May 2013 and as a Manager of Auxiliary Services at Central Ohio Neurological Surgeons Inc. from December 2005 to April 2006, Lynn has developed a strong background in healthcare administration and surgical services management.

Lynn S. Feldman, MBA, RN, CNOR completed an ADN program in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Columbus State Community College from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Lynn pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University. Finally, Lynn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Franklin University from 2010 to 2013.
