Scott Bergman

Scott Bergman, MBA, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the field of ambulatory surgery centers. Scott currently serves as the Market President at Compass Surgical Partners, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Scott worked at Regent Surgical Health, where they served as the Vice President of Development from March 2019 to April 2023.

Scott's work history also includes positions at the New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, where they served as a Board Member from March 2014 to May 2019, and as the Chairman of the Government Affairs and Advocacy Committee from March 2014 to July 2015. At Rothman Institute, Scott was the Director of Business Development from January 2017 to February 2019. Additionally, they worked at Millennium Surgical Center (USPI) as an Administrator from March 2008 to December 2016, and at Surgery Center Management Services as a Management Consultant from June 2002 to March 2008.

Scott Bergman, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Healthcare Management at Rutgers University - Camden.
