Currently serving as a Program Analyst at Compass Systems Inc. and as the President and Founder of PROSPAY Pacific, which offers tailored payment processing solutions, Joseph has a strong focus on enhancing business efficiency. In the U.S. Navy Reserve, Joseph works as an Operations & Talent Manager and Unmanned Aerial Systems Subject Matter Expert, leveraging over 14 years of military aviation expertise to support complex joint operations. Previous roles include Program Director and Logistics Manager in the US Navy, where Joseph oversaw significant projects and personnel management.
