Patrick O'Neill, CPA has over 8 years of professional experience in accounting and assurance roles. Patrick began their career in 2011 as a Laborer at PMI Construction. In 2012, they became a Financial Accounting Intern at State Street, where they worked with the GSA Expense team to complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations, researched and resolved open items with accounts payable and controller teams, and prepared and booked monthly journal entries to the General Ledger system for a variety of expense activities. In 2013, they worked as an Accounting Tutor at Providence College and as a Corporate Accounting Intern at State Street. Patrick also worked as an Assurance Intern at McGladrey and a Fund Accounting Graduate Intern at State Street. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed at RSM US LLP, where they served as an Assurance Manager, Assurance Supervisor, Senior Audit Associate, and Assurance Associate. Most recently, they have been a Senior Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager at Compass Therapeutics Inc. since 2020.

Patrick O'Neill, CPA obtained their Certified Public Accountant designation from the MA - Board of Public Accountancy. Patrick then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Accounting from Boston College Carroll School of Management between 2014 and 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Providence College between 2010 and 2014. Patrick O'Neill, CPA's educational journey began at Arlington High School, where they studied between 2006 and 2010.
