Rich Lindahl

Rich Lindahl is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Compass Therapeutics Inc. since April 2023, Rich also holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Emergent BioSolutions since March 2018. Previously, Rich was a Board Member at Miriam's Kitchen from May 2013 to December 2019 and served as Chief Financial Officer at CEB, managing a global team with a significant revenue portfolio. Additionally, Rich held senior executive roles at Sprint Nextel Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate finance and treasury operations for a major Fortune 50 company. Rich's career began with foundational roles at Pocket Communications, MCI, and Deloitte, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
