Allison Trinkle possesses extensive experience in culinary leadership, having held various senior roles in prominent hospitality and dining services organizations. At Loews Hotels, Allison served as Executive Sous Chef at Loews Vanderbilt and Executive Chef at Loews Annapolis from May 2003 to May 2006. Following this, a tenure at ARAMARK from October 2008 to May 2010 as Executive Chef for Johns Hopkins University laid the groundwork for further career advancements. From July 2021 to December 2019, Allison progressed through multiple leadership roles at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, culminating as VP of Culinary Development & Supplier Diversity. Currently, Allison is the Vice President of Culinary at Compass Group USA, a position held since December 2024.
