Dean Williams serves as the Director of Strategic Projects at Compass Group USA since May 2019, leading the Education Vertical and overseeing complex strategic initiatives and partnerships. Williams' role includes team management, client engagement, change management, and fostering a positive work culture. Previously, Williams held various positions within Strategic Projects, including Senior Manager and Manager roles, focusing on operational support and pricing analytics. As a co-founder of Bold Music LLC, strategic leadership and direction are provided alongside co-owner George Ramsay. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Sockwell Partners, Manager of Search Operations at The Business Journals, and a Marketing Analyst at Red Ventures. Dean Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Davidson College.
