Dan Grondin

Director of Strategic Projects - Dallas at GL Seaman & Company

Dan Grondin began working in the contract furniture industry in 1981, primarily on the operational side of the business. In 1986, he joined GL Seaman & Company to develop the in-house service capabilities for both field operations and specification design departments, helping the dealership become a nationally recognized leader in the industry. After nearly 21 years, he retired as the Sr. VP of Operations to pursue other personal interests. Then, in January of 2015, he rejoined the company to offer his assistance in leading the Continuous Improvement Program.

Dan is an honors graduate from the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering with a BS in Industrial Operational Engineering. In addition, in 1981 he earned his Master’s in Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
