Gina Serepca

Gina Serepca is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Compass Group USA, where Gina is spearheading the SAP S4 HANA strategic transformation program. Previously, Gina spent 32 years at PepsiCo, holding various senior director roles, including IT Senior Director for Enterprise Solutions DevSecOps, where Gina led the SAP Competency Center for global SAP S/4HANA implementation and directed the IT Investment Council. Gina's leadership extended across multiple domains, including global finance, R&D, HR, and supply chain operations, managing significant portfolios and spearheading major modernization efforts. With a strong educational background, holding an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Gina has developed comprehensive expertise in supply chain and technology transformation.
