Jonathan Kinny

Jonathan Kinny is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Compass Group USA, where they focus on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, assessing risks, and advising the company on best practices. Previously, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, specializing in workers’ compensation defense, and held summer associate positions at Tin Fulton Walker & Owen and Caudle & Spears, P.A. They also interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where they assisted in combating workplace discrimination. Jonathan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
