Kyle Walker is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in food service management and operations. Since August 2015, Kyle has held various leadership roles at Compass Group USA, including Regional Director of Operations, Regional Executive Chef, Director of Food & Nutrition, and Executive Chef. Prior experience includes serving as Sous Chef at La Quinta Resort & Club, San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, and Sycuan Casino, alongside a long tenure at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort. Kyle holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, completed between 2011 and 2014, and is a graduate of Arroyo Grande High School, class of 2003.
