Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Compass Working Capital oversees the implementation and operation of client-centered savings and financial coaching programs. They ensure these initiatives effectively assist families with low incomes, particularly those led by Black and Latinx women, in building assets as a pathway out of poverty. This team is crucial for coordinating services across various locations, maintaining program quality, and supporting training and technical assistance efforts to extend the impact of Compass’s mission.
