Financial Services Team

The Financial Services Team at Compass Working Capital works collaboratively to design and implement client-centered savings and financial coaching programs. They provide personalized financial guidance, manage accounting and financial reporting, and ensure the strategic allocation of resources to support families with low incomes in their journey toward asset building and financial stability. This team is instrumental in helping to narrow the racial and gender wealth divides by focusing on empowerment and education for families led by Black and/or Latinx women.
