The Leadership Team at Compass Working Capital is responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing organizational operations, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission. This team comprises the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Chief Program Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief External Affairs Officer, who collectively steer program development, financial planning, human resource management, external relations, and policy advocacy to support families in building assets and overcoming poverty.
