Jenna Marositz is an accomplished recruiting professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and management across various sectors, including real estate and education. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Compass since November 2018, Jenna manages a team of 20 recruiting professionals and oversees Business and US Tech Recruiting.
