Kris Caldwell is a real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at Compass since November 2019, Caldwell co-founded Be One Real Estate where work was done from January 2017 to November 2019. Prior to this, Caldwell held key managerial positions at 24 Hour Fitness, achieving notable successes such as setting regional and club revenue records and being selected as a fitness ambassador for the Olympic partnership in Rio.
