She is so honored to say she is an ILS Manager with Compass. She have always had a passion for helping people so this organization seemed like the perfect fit. Most of her background is centered around working with at-risk youth, and as much as she loved her job, she always felt like something was missing. Compass found her by chance and that is when she knew she had found her missing piece. She enjoy watching people learn and grow and be the best versions of themselves. With ILS, they can achieve exactly that! She also love being in management because she know the more coaches she can help, the more clients will be able to succeed in their own lives.
