Paul Vaartjes

Paul Vaartjes is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Research Specialist in Strategic Insights at Compassion Australia since November 2020, Paul focuses on research and data analysis to communicate insights effectively. Since July 2020, Paul has also contributed as a Course Tutor and Mentor at RMIT Online, specializing in Business Analytics and Data Storytelling. Previous roles include Strategic Performance Analyst at the University of Wollongong, where Paul identified key performance indicators and analyzed data to support strategic planning. Early career experiences include positions as an HR Business Analyst and Business Analyst in Information Delivery at the same university, as well as a Management Cadet, gaining experience in various departments. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Data Science from Monash University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, complemented by a Preliminary Theological Certificate from Moore Theological College and courses at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
