Mike Griffin

Mike Griffin is an accomplished professional in donor engagement and fundraising, currently serving as a Donor Engagement Specialist at Compassion Canada since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mike was the Leadership Giving Officer at Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation, where the focus was on cultivating relationships with donors to align their philanthropic interests with the hospital's needs. Mike spent over 12 years at World Vision Canada, holding various positions including Manager of Prospecting & Research, Philanthropy Advisor for Major Gifts, and Team Leader for Atlantic Canada, where significant success in major donor relations was achieved. Additionally, Mike has experience in marketing management from a lengthy tenure at Aliant, where responsibilities included the development of strategies for various market segments.
