Crystal Huish, CPA, CGMA has a strong background in finance and accounting with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Crystal is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Compassion & Choices, where they have been instrumental in coordinating a successful transition to consolidate tax and audit services, centralizing the organization's Charitable Gift Annuity program, and managing a $25 million conditional gift. Prior to their current role, Crystal held various positions at Compassion & Choices, including National Director of Finance & Compliance and National Director of Accounting. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting software implementation, and negotiating cost-saving initiatives.
