Christopher Delvaille has extensive experience in strategic planning and program development, currently serving as the Strategic Planning & Development Principal at Compassion International since September 2005. In this Chief of Staff role, Christopher supports the Vice President of Program Development, overseeing a division that develops interventions for over 2 million children in poverty across 26 countries. Previous roles at Compassion include Manager of Program Effectiveness Research and Senior Strategy & Planning Advisor, where Christopher facilitated strategy frameworks and led the creation of new offices focusing on monitoring and evaluation. Christopher's earlier experience at Providence Housing Authority involved managing the Office of Policy & Planning and authoring the award-winning Strategic Plan 2000. Christopher holds a Master of Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Connecticut College.
